For Caregivers:

You’re carrying the world. Who is holding you?

You are living in the brutal in-between. You’re the project manager, the nurse, the loved one, and the griever, all at once. You’re running on caffeine and guilt. You desperately want a break, but the thought of stepping away feels impossible.

The Service: The Caregiver’s Lifeline Session (90-minute in-person or virtual session)

What we do together:

  • Take a breath (yes, really. When’s the last time you actually took a deep breath?)

  • Look at the impossible to-do list and delete or delegate what we can

  • Name the feelings you’re not allowed to say out loud: resentment, fear, relief, guilt, whatever.

  • Create permission slips for rest without guilt

  • Tend to anticipatory grief so you can stay present for the time that’s left

What you’ll walk away with:

  • A solid, but flexible plan that keeps you standing

  • A reminder that you matter too

  • A moment where you get to be held

  • Space to return to being the partner, child, or friend. Not just a caregiver.

k bye love u!
